About Jitske Kramer
Jitske Kramer (1973) is corporate anthropologist. TEDx Speaker. Entrepreneur. Facilitator. Founder of HumanDimensions. She is a bestselling author of Managing Cultural Dynamics, Deep Democracy, Wow! What a difference and co-author of The Corporate Tribe (management book of the year 2016). In 2013 she received the “Trainer of the Year” award from the Association of Dutch Training Professionals (NOBTRA).
Jitske Kramer travels the world to learn form different organizations, tribes and cultures. Jitske is dedicated to cracking the code to strong cultures and powerful leadership, while teaching and championing inclusive decision-making processes. It is her desire to fix human fragmentation by (re)connecting people through their differences. She seeks to build strong tribes, safe for diversity and ready for change.
